Please review the following warranty terms carefully before completing your purchase.

Coverage Duration

All eligible products purchased from Prairiemart.shop come with a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase.

If your item develops a defect due to non-human causes within this period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost. This warranty covers product defects only and does not include compensation for damages, misuse, or incidental losses.

Warranty Requirements

To qualify for warranty service, the following conditions must be met:

• Proof of Defect:
  Clear photos and/or video showing the issue are required.

• Original Purchase Receipt:
  The warranty applies only to the original purchaser, who must provide the original receipt and the defective item to the retailer (Prairiemart.shop). Our team will handle the issue from there.

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

• This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original buyer.

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect is not covered.

• Normal wear and tear from everyday use is not included.

Policy Updates

Prairiemart reserves the right to update or revise this warranty policy at any time. However, the warranty terms in effect at the time of your purchase will always be honored.
